My stay included breakfast, a real benefit. Belinda and Kaushi provided excellent service each morning. I found their attentiveness notable. The ice every morning added a touch of luxury. The team enhanced my mornings.

The gym equipment seemed a little basic, with a limited range of machines.

Victoria Station stood steps away from the hotel. Transportation options were buses, tube, and taxis. A M&S grocery shop was in the station. A larger grocery shop existed in the shopping hub by the food court.

The room i stayed in felt dated. the bathroom had some issues with the shower head leaking. also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night. It was hard to sleep well.

The location was stellar! it was close to transport links. the room was clean and well-equipped, and ms vandana did a great job. I really appreciate her work.

The air conditioning wasn't working, sadly. despite me raising a complaint, they didn't change my room. Instead, i was just given a table fan. it wasn't ideal, i must say.

The location was great! The breakfast variety was amazing!!! I especially loved the fresh pancakes. Belinda at breakfast was very kind and helpful.

The towels were taken but not replaced one day. I found water bottles from previous days underneath the dresser. Cleanliness could be better. One towel even had a huge hole in it.

the location proves very convenient. it is close to public transport. i found victoria station just behind the hotel.. it made sightseeing very easy. the room also had plenty of natural light and was well-insulated, resulting in a quiet and comfortable stay.

i noticed some slight wear on the carpets in the hallway.

the location was acceptable as it was near public transportation.

The room was a letdown (i hate saying this). the walls seemed thin. I could hear street noise all night. also, the coffee provided tasted off, and i suspect the kettle was not cleaned well.
